Safety Pins

Cut the sponges into circular shapes and then cut each circle into 6 equal slices. Mix glue with a few drops of food dye. (The color will become much darker when it dries) Using a pop cycle stick or paint brush, apply the icing. Use a toothpick to paint the middle layer. Sprinkle the icing with glitter. Cut a piece of pipe cleaner and glue to the top the cake. Cut out small shapes of the plastic dollies, color them with crayons or markers. Glue the piece of cake to the center of the dollies and attach a safety pin.

ribbon, string, or gimp for a strap

glue (tacky or hot glue)

Glue the googly eyes to the large end of each marette.

Glue the marettes together.

Glue the strap in place. Let dry.

Pin to your camp hat or T-shirt.

Scissors

Cut the cord in 9" length. Half hitch to safety pin by folding cord in half and placing the folded end down through the middle of the safety pin and drawing the cords ends down through the folded end of the loop.

Slide small bead on and tie an over hand knot. String on a large bead and tie another over hand knot. There you Have it, have fun with different beads and string.
